Delete your account

You can delete your mobile account yourself, from inside the app, or ask us by email if you no longer have the app. Either way, everything listed below is removed and cannot be recovered.

From the app

1. Sign in to mobile.
2. Open the account screen and choose Delete account.
3. Confirm. The account is deleted immediately and the app signs you out.

Without the app

Write to [support email] from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email. Writing from the account's own address is how we know the request is yours; we may ask you to confirm it.

What is deleted

• Your account: email address, name and password hash.
• Every session, on every device you were signed in on.
• The sign-in methods linked to the account, and any pending verification codes.

Nothing is kept, and no copy of the account survives the deletion.

Before you delete

Deletion cannot be undone. If you only want to stop using mobile for a while, sign out instead: your account stays as it is.
